30 DAY RETURN POLICY

Our 30-day return policy states that after receiving an item, you have 30 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and unworn, with all tags intact and in the original packaging. You must also be able to present a receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the problem and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Some types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants)

  • Custom-made products (e.g. special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care products (e.g. beauty products)

We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of items on sale or gift cards.

Exchange

The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the item you received and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.

14-day right of withdrawal for the EU

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason without giving any reason. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and unworn, with all tags intact and in the original packaging. You must also be able to present a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive your refund within 10 business days via the original payment method. It may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and reflect the refund.
